Winter Pilate Sessions commence the week of January 6th, 2025.

9 week sessions
( Commencing week of January 6)
Mat Beginners/1- Monday 9:00am- This class is suitable for Pilates beginners and those that have experience. We will learn a variety of exercises, moving our spines in all directions, work on our control, balance and Range of Motion. Exercises will progress and be modified as required for each individual participant. Max- 7 pple
Reformer Progressions Monday 10am - This is for those who are quite familiar with the Pilates Reformer. We move at a faster pace, while we build on the foundational exercises, towards more strength balance and control. Be prepared to be challenged !
All Levels Reformer- for individuals with some experience using the reformer and who know basic exercises and movements. This may also be suitable for those that have previous Pilates experience and interested in learning the reformer.
Mat/ Reformer- This is a great class for those who wish for some serious mat work whilst also doing some reformer work. This class is suitable for beginners, and advanced!
Chair / Tower- If you love working out on the reformer or looking to try a different Pilates Apparatus look no further! This is a fun and innovative class where we work on both the Stability Chair and Tower Unit. This class runs for 6 weeks.
