8 week session
( Commencing week of May 5th - week of June 23, 2025)
Mat Beginners/1- Monday 8:45am( 50 min) - This class is suitable for Pilates beginners and those that have experience. We will learn a variety of exercises, moving our spines in all directions, working on our control, range of motion , and strength. Exercises will progress and be modified as required for each individual participant. Max- 7 people
Reformer Strength -Monday 10am ( 50 min) - This is for those who are quite familiar with the Pilates Reformer. We move at a faster pace, while we build on the foundational exercises, towards more strength, range of and control on the machine and with free weights. Be prepared to be challenged ! Max. 4 people
Reformer Generalist - Tuesday 8:30 am, 5:30 pm, 6:30pm and Wednesday 8:30 am ( 50 min classes) . This class is designed for individuals with experience using the reformer and who know basic exercises and movements. Each class will be a full body integration of strength, range of motion and control . Max 4 people
Reformer Beginners- Wednesday 9:30 am , Thursdays at 8:30am. This class is for those with no previous reformer experience or who are wishing for the basics on the machine. We will. move all around the reformer targeting all movements of the spine with the added resistance of the springs. A great way to start your reformer experience! Max 4 people
